Class of Travel
Ryanair provides two classes of travel;
Business Class - Ryanair provides a world-class experience for the business class guests with Flexibility on tickets changes, free airport check-in, priority boarding, one 20kg checked bag and premium seats.
Economy Class - Ryanair provides guests with free seat allocation and a free reservation at an additional cost. The wide seats are designed for comfort and luxury during budget travel.

Baggage allowance
Business class passengers are allowed a small personal bag 7 kgs for carry-on and 10 kgs for checked-in luggage.

Frequent Flyer Programme
Ryanair Choice is the recently launched frequent flyer programme is a year-long membership and offers passengers free seating choice, fast-track security and priority boarding on every booking.

In-flight Services
Ryanair customers can pre-book their meal, snacks and salads 12 hours in advance. Travellers can also request the flight attendants for an onboard menu which snack, meals and beverages.

Check-in
Domestic Flights - Passengers can check-in online 48 hrs to 2 hrs prior to the scheduled departure time.
International Flights - Passengers can check-in online 48 hrs to 2 hrs prior to the scheduled departure time.

Onboard Support
Ryanair provides assistance for passengers with special needs. Wheelchairs, airport assistance during check in are provided by on ground staff. Passengers can choose a service that best suits their need. Expectant mothers and parents of unaccompanied children can read rules and regulations here.

Refund & Cancellation
Passengers can cancel their booking either through Ryanair sales’ offices or website. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee
