Longjiang Airlines is a Chinese scheduled domestic passenger and cargo service operator based at Harbin Airport. The entity was registered with a capital of CNY800 million (USD125 million), all which will come from project backer; Harbin Jin Xiangyu Products Sales Co Ltd. Longjiang Airlines operates with a fleet of A320 aircraft in its preliminary phase, operating to all major domestic cities within three years. The carrier operates on a domestic network, including major cities such as Beijing and Shanghai. In the long-term, the carrier plans to expand to neighbouring international destinations including Russia, South Korea and Japan. The Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) approved the carrier's application on 04-Jul-2014. It launched service operations on 10-Feb-2017, with Harbin-Hefei-Zhuhai service.
